Shannon has earned real-life experience in management, customer service, sales, and also as an entrepreneur. While working full-time in the car rental industry, dedicating long hours in management, she was able to maintain a successful trucking company. Over 20 years of car rental experience prepared her to understand the meaning of effective customer service. 

She is a native of the Eufaula Lake area and is very familiar with Tulsa and its subsidiaries. She loves to travel, serve, and is a unique foodie. She is very excited to help real estate buyers and sellers accomplish homeownership.
